These families are finally given economic certainty, and a long term commitment from a partner they trust. They can now plan for expenses such as the education of their children, and save for unexpected events. Family bonds are strengthened by allowing younger generations to stay in their communities instead of emigrating to cities to look for work.
Financial Support and Training
They are given seeds, receive technical education, and are visited weekly. Farmers are educated in the planting of multiple crops which regenerate their fields with nutrients. They also receive advanced payments if an unexpected challenge or contingency occurs before harvest.
